Maitê Tolentino é bacharel em Aviação Civil pela Universidade Anhembi Morumbi e possui a licença de Piloto Comercial MNTE IFR, com certificação ICAO nível 5 em proficiência em inglês. Em 2018, Maitê participou de um programa de intercâmbio high school em Michigan, nos Estados Unidos, onde morou por um ano. Durante esse período, adquiriu fluência na língua inglesa e, ao retornar ao Brasil, passou a atuar como professora de inglês. Maitê também possui experiência significativa em Operações de Voo na Aviação Executiva, onde desenvolveu habilidades avançadas em comunicação e negociação em inglês. Atualmente, além de se preparar para atuar como piloto, Maitê é instrutora de inglês na plataforma AEROLINGO, comprometida em oferecer um aprendizado prático e alinhado com as exigências do mercado de trabalho global.

Marcos Rocha de Alcantara is an active Brazilian Air Force First Sergeant, military air traffic controller, and biosystems engineer with a joint degree from the University of São Paulo (USP) and Arizona State University (ASU). Currently, he controls cadets' virtual flights at AFA's (Academia da Força Aérea) simulators and has pioneered the methodology for the first international virtual flight training program for the Air Force Academy, where AFA instructor pilots and cadets fly in simulators over the United States while being controlled virtually by American controllers in real-time. He trains military pilots, civil pilots, and controllers who want to achieve their English levels 4, 5, and 6. He is a private pilot and ATCO with an ICAO Level 6 English certificate, and he has also developed an app called English4EPLIS to prepare controllers to perform well on their English exams. A fluent speaker of English, French, and Spanish, his passion for learning and teaching languages has shaped his belief that the more pilots' and controllers' trainings reflect reality, the more efficient and enduring their learning experience will be.
